About The Kash Foundation

Our Mission
The Kash Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to honoring the sacrifice of America’s heroes and strengthening the values that make our nation strong. We provide direct financial assistance to veterans, active-duty service members, and law enforcement officers in need. We support educational opportunities through scholarships and programs that highlight patriotism and civic responsibility. And we advance accountability through public education and legal support for those who courageously speak the truth.

Our guiding principle is simple: Mission First. Every initiative we take on is measured by its ability to help America’s defenders, empower the next generation, and protect freedom for all.

Who We Serve

Our Founder
The Kash Foundation was founded by Kash Patel, a former public defender, national security prosecutor, and senior Trump Administration official who served as Chief of Staff to the Department of Defense, Deputy Director of National Intelligence, and Senior Director for Counterterrorism on the National Security Council.

In 2025, Mr. Patel was confirmed by the U.S. Senate as the 9th Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In accordance with standard practice for federal officials, he resigned all roles with the Foundation prior to his confirmation.

While he is not involved with or affiliated with the Foundation today, his vision of supporting America’s heroes, advancing accountability, and strengthening the Republic continues to guide our mission.

The Kash Foundation is an independent nonprofit organization. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or influenced by the FBI, the Department of Justice, or any government agency. We accept donations only from United States citizens and reserve the right to decline or refund contributions that do not meet this requirement.

Kash Patel founded the Kash Foundation but is no longer affiliated in any capacity. The Kash Foundation is an independent nonprofit, not endorsed by, associated with, or influenced by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Justice, or any government agency. We strictly accept donations only from individuals who are United States citizens.
