A graduate of both Moravian College (now University) and Pace University School of Law (now Elizabeth
Haub Law School) cum laude, Bill’s practiced in New York for 18 years. Working at his own firm for the
last 9 years, he focuses on estate (wills and trusts), elder law, and tax planning, estate administration,
real estate, and business matters.
Outside of his practice he’s owned, re-developed, and managed real estate throughout the Tri-State
Area (NY, NJ & PA). He’s also acquired interests, formed, and grown entities involved in niche
automobile markets. Using New York lien laws, one business assists garagemen, tow companies, and
parking lots get paid. The other provides off-site DMV services.
When he’s not working, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He also contributes
his time, treasure and talent to youth sports programs, created a charitable fund to promote youth
sports, volunteered for his fraternity, Rotary, the community hospital foundation, and the local
educational foundation.
